Daniella Kauffman and Morahn Bash | Master of Ceremony

This is a plastic bag/ You see the plastic bag / I’m pouring flour/ It’s dirty/ Something happened, I don’t remember what/ I’m cleaning/ Returning to the starting point/ What a mess/ I must must must must must do something/ Did I already clean here?/ No, I’m starting now/ I’m cleaning, continuing to clean, cleaning/ I’m cleaning again/ I started not long ago/ And still have to start again/ In the meantime, I’ve made some progress, I’ll continue/ Rest for a moment/ Carry on.

Program B

Bar Altaras and Ariel Bronz | Barely Comfortable

Where is our comfort zone? Are we comfortable in our comfort zone? Are you comfortable in our comfort zone? Could we be more comfortable? Does it have to be less comfortable for you for it to be more comfortable for us? Would we be comfortable being uncomfortable? Still comfortable? Where is it comfortable? What is comfortable?

Original music: Hever Perlmuter

Many thanks to Marina Beltov. The piece was supported by and premiered in IntimaDance Festival 2013.

Omer Uziel | Charlie

“I’m moving, my body is talking. I hear it. What does my body want from me? I don’t always understand. The real fake animal wants to come out. It ascends to the heavens and disappears into a dream I conjured. Charlie fell on me from a rainbow. He promised to change me. Change me Charlie! Change me, Goddamn it!”

Music: Body Double- Pilotpriest, Philip Glass- Metamorphosis 1

Thanks to Maya Brinner and Uri Shafir (artistic consulting)

Tamar Mayzlish | We Will Run, and We Will Run

In efficient and obsessive repetitiveness, they diligently carry out preselected movements, seeking the truth. The pursuit of safety and belonging unravels to expose vulnerability and loneliness.

Performers: Morahn Bash and Tamar Mayzlish

Original Music: Judy Antebi

Program C

Meital O’hana Perry | House for Two

The owner of the house awaits his guests at the door. They will rest beneath his roof and eat his homemade food. They are his saviors and deliverers, his friends and foes and owners of his home. Whoever they may be, all his troubles are in their hands now.

Welcome!

Performers: Sharon Attinson and Meital O’hana Perry

Morahn Bash | I Never Understood Samson’s Hair

“I’ve never understood Samson’s hair. […] I understand quite well the hair of Absalom. […] This is the most marvelous hair in the kingdom- which, as you can see, explains the outbreak of each new rebellion and then the business of the tree (Nathan Zach).”

Ofer Zaid |What You See Is What You Get

What kind of communication is created in the moment of transition from the performativity of the viewer to the performativity of the ‘viewed’ performer?
